I started working in the fitness industry in 2009, after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
Coming from a boxing and MMA background, my focus was athletic performance, strength, and conditioning. Over the last decade I have shifted my focus to corrective exercise, injury prevention / rehabilitation.
I correct movement patterns and then strengthen them. This should be the foundation of any fitness program.
Whether you are training for athletic competition or training for life, I want you to have the mobility, stability, and strength to live and perform at your best.

Alex Hoag is passionate about fitness, and specializes in sports performance.
He has been an athlete his entire life. He spent the past 5 years playing football at Kent State University where he also earned a B.S in Kinesiology, and worked as an assistant coach for the Kent State strength and conditioning staff.
Alex believes that if you master the fundamentals greatness will come. Whether you are training for competition or life in general, Alex is excited to share his knowledge of athletic training and help you not only achieve, but surpass your fitness goals.
